A specialized training complex dedicated to delivering training courses for the police force: classrooms for advanced training, closed and open shooting ranges, a stable, a doghouse, a fitness and sports complex including a football field and running track, swimming pool, sports hall, extreme sports facility and a gym.
The residential complex (incorporating 240 units and housing 1,000 members) includes a dining room, a modern kitchen, a synagogue, a library, a clinic and a rehabilitation room.
A police museum and memorial site are also situated at the compound’s entrance.

- Area: 60,000 square meters of built-up area on a plot of 200 dunam (50 acres)

Installation of air conditioning, electricity, plumbing and communications infrastructure. Laying of underground infrastructure for sewage, drainage, electricity, communications, water and external lighting systems.
The project was completed ahead of schedule in less than 30 months.
